Chris’s STORY

I was always a bigger guy. Ever since I was little, I was always bigger. When I was in high school, I was no lie 300 pounds. A bit on the fat side I guess you can say. I wore size 46 jeans and did not even need a belt. I also was only like 5 foot 9 inches at this time. The height really did not help much.

I remember not feeling good about myself ever and always wondered what I could do in order to make myself better. I tried exercising a little, but it did not help. Keyword in there a little. I did not do much mainly because I did not know what I was supposed to do. I started playing basketball for fun instead of sitting at my computer all the time.

I got so excited when I accidentally lost 10 pounds. Yes that is correct I did say accidentally lost it. I started working harder towards it and decided I wanted to change what I ate. It made things a lot easier to lose weight. Next thing I knew I was sitting at 260 pounds. Then, 250 pounds but then it stopped. I could not get under that.
